Rikishi wants WWE to push Chelsea Green
During an edition of his Rikishi Fatu Off The Top podcast, the WWE legend said that he wanted the Triple H-led creative team to give Chelsea Green “a fair opportunity.”
The Samoan Stinker added that the company should give her a push similar to the way it would book someone like Charlotte Flair.
“I feel 100% that Chelsea Green is a main eventer. It’s not that Chelsea can’t do the work; it’s not that Chelsea is not a prime talent, but the thing is, it’s how you’re writing stuff for this girl. Give her, Chelsea Green, a fair opportunity. Build Chelsea up as much as you would give Charlotte Flair an opportunity… She can’t get over by herself if she’s having great, great matches and continues to do jobs for whoever,” Fatu said.
It remains to be seen what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Chelsea Green’s future in WWE.
