B-Fab, Michin, and Jade Cargill defeated Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, and Tatum Paxley in a 6-woman tag team match at Sunday Night’s Main Event last weekend. Flair’s team was in control of the match, but Cargill’s squad battled back. Cargill planted Flair with Jaded after The Queen accidentally bumped heads with Tatum Paxley during the match.

Rhea Ripley defeated Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 42 to become the WWE Women’s Champion. However, Ripley has since undergone knee surgery, and the vacant title was up for grabs in a ladder match at SummerSlam 2026. Flair and Cargill both competed in the match, but it was Chelsea Green who emerged victorious to capture her first major title in the company.

Charlotte Flair praises WWE star Kiana James

Charlotte Flair praised SmackDown star Kiana James and suggested that she had a bright future in the company.

Speaking on the What’s Your Story? podcast with Stephanie McMahon, Flair complimented Kiana James as a performer and stated that the 29-year-old has motivated her to improve in the ring.

“I told her one time, I think it was after the qualifier for [Elimination] Chamber. She was stressed about something. I was like, ‘I am telling you, I’ve been doing this for a long time and you make me want to step up my game. You were doing everything you’re supposed to.’ When I am in that ring and I go, ‘Oh, da*n. She’s making me work hard for this.’ She’s going to be such a star,” said Flair.

It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for Flair, Alexa Bliss, and Tatum Paxley moving forward on SmackDown.
