Flair has not competed since the Women’s Royal Rumble match at the PLE last month in Saudi Arabia. Liv Morgan emerged victorious but has not revealed which title she will be challenging for at WWE WrestleMania 42 yet.

Charlotte Flair comments on her friendship with major WWE star

SmackDown star Charlotte Flair recently opened up about her friendship with Bayley.

Speaking on The Wrestling Ringer Show, Flair noted that the two have never been on the same team because one is always a babyface while the other is a heel. She added that her friendship with The Role Model has grown over the years.

“We’ve all been at different places in our careers at different times. And when I was facing Bayley was when like she was coming, it just never been on the same side. So I’ve always been bad or she’s been good or like they flipped her and she turned bad and I turned good. I think it’s more just what locker room you are in and, you know, we’re both good right now on WWE television. But I feel like I have a bond that’s different with every single one of them. I feel like my bond now with Bayley is stronger than it’s ever been. She very much understands me as a person and a performer. And I very much understand her. So, I feel like I really do have a really special bond with her that’s very much different than the one I have with Mercedes and the one I have with Becky,” she said.

It will be fascinating to see what the company has planned for Charlotte Flair on the road to WrestleMania 42.
