Walsh faces Ocampo in the middleweight headliner of Zuffa Boxing’s debut show on Paramount.

Ireland’s Callum Walsh (15-0, 11 KOs) won a unanimous decision over Fernando Vargas this past September on the Netflix-streamed Saul “Canelo” Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford undercard at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Carlos Ocampo (38-3, 26 KOs) was knocked out in the opening round in his lone world title challenge against Errol Spence Jr. in 2018. Ocampo also fell short both times he fought for interim titles, losing a decision to Sebastian Fundora in 2022 and suffering a first-round knockout loss against Tim Tszyu in 2023. Since the Tszyu defeat, Ocampo has won three fights on the trot.

The Walsh vs. Ocampo prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET on Paramount+.

The main card starts at 9 p m. ET on Paramount+, with main event ring walks expected around 11 p.m. ET.
