Giulia’s coach revealed that the star had come into her training session very hurt and banged up after her botch-filled match against Tiffany Stratton on Friday. He commented on how this was originally supposed to be a day to do a full workout of the lower body, but instead it was not a good day due to her being in so much pain. She had pain in her lower back, knee, shoulders, hip, and other parts of her body.
They decided to chagne up the training instead.
“Giulia came into her session very banged up from her championship defense last Friday on SmackDown. Normally, this would be our full lower body workout day. But today was not a good day for that because she was in so much pain. Lower back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulders, you name it. So instead of sticking to the original plan, we adapted today on the fly, and the goal is simply to have her walk out of the gym feeling better. Thankfully, through a full body activation mobility stretching circuit, we were able to achieve that goal. And now we’ll be prepared to push harder tomorrow.”
Tiffany Stratton unfortunately was botching a lot in the match and landed a bad Swanton Bomb on the star which saw her put her whole weight on the star, leaving her hurt.
It remains to be seen what happens next between the two stars, as the match ended in a shock, with Giulia rolling up Stratton to win the match, something fans were not expecting.
