In a press release by Matthew Mania, the BRCW Chairman and CEO revealed that Steve Maclin was being stripped of the title and that it was being made vacant. This was due to disciplinary actions levied against him for his sudden appearance on the Matthew Mania podcast, where his conduct towards management violated all standards in place.
