West Ham United entertained Leeds United at the London Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the FA Cup. The Hammers made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 26th minute when Ao Tanaka found the back of the net. The East London club went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s men conceded their second goal in the 75th minute when Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored from the penalty spot. However, Mateus Fernandes got a goal back for West Ham in injury time before Axel Disasi scored a dramatic equaliser in the dying embers of the game. The match finished with a 2-2 scoreline, which took the game to extra-time.

Both teams cancelled each other out and had to settle for a 2-2 draw after extra-time. West Ham ended up losing on penalties by a 4-2 scoreline.

Kilman did his fair share of defending but failed to keep things solid at the back.

He managed to shine at times and deserves credit for scoring a dramatic equaliser in injury time.

LB: El Hadji Malick Diouf – 6/10
He worked hard but failed to impress on the left flank.
CM: Soungoutou Magassa – 6/10
Magassa struggled to influence the game in the first half and was replaced at half-time.
CM: Freddie Potts – 6/10
He failed to impress in the first 45 minutes and was substituted at the break as well.
