Bianca Belair was expected to return to the ring much sooner, but it seems that there have been many complications with her injury over the past few months.
Big E recently announced he had decided to retire from the ring, since doctors made it clear to him that he shouldn’t wrestle again. LA Knight, on the other hand, recently made his return from injury and is reportedly set to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.
Bianca Belair is expected to return in time for WrestleMania
It will be a year since Belair was injured when WrestleMania lands in Las Vegas in April, and it appears that WWE is hopeful that Belair is back in action by then. She shared videos of her physical therapy following her finger surgery and appears to have better motion in her finger than before.
It’s unclear what the WrestleMania plan may be for Belair, since she was expected to be the one to go after Jade Cargill, given their history before she won the Women’s Championship. This story is still plausible after WrestleMania if Belair is able to defeat whichever opponent she is handed, which appears to be the winner of the Elimination Chamber.
If Belair isn’t able to return in time for WrestleMania, then she could instead be able to go after Jade following the show and pick up the story between them that once included Naomi, before she moved over to RAW.
