In AEW, Spears earned the name “Chairman” after he hit Cody Rhodes right in the head with a steel chair. He also joined the faction known as the Pinnacle led by the current AEW World Champion MJF. He returned to WWE in 2024 and immediately joined the NXT brand. He started a group known as the Culling there and even won the NXT North American Championship. He is regularly featured on WWE’s developmental show.

The former NXT North American Champion was recently spotted with Charlotte Flair in an Instagram story. The Queen recently shared a few videos of her training on her Instagram stories. In one of the stories, Charlotte was accompanied by Spears and Kiana James.
Spears was sitting in the ring while the two women were behind him. Charlotte has a Women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Nia Jax and Kiana James. Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Tiffany Stratton and Asuka have all already qualified for the 6-woman match.
It will be interesting to see if Charlotte will be able to qualify for the Chamber.
