Big Time Becks addressed this during an appearance on Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg. During the show, it was pointed out that Lynch broke through the ceiling, but now some people believe that she has become the ceiling and is holding talent back. The former Women’s Royal Rumble winner didn’t hesitate to respond.
“I absolutely am; I’m holding them down. This is what it’s like to be held down by The Man. Let’s see if you can rise against it. If you can rise against it, good on you; then you deserve to be on the top. But you won’t, because I’m still the greatest of all time,” she said.
The 39-year-old star said that she won’t just give up her spot and that it is a competitive industry.
“I will hold them down and I will keep them down because they don’t deserve to be in my spot. But you want me to just roll over? I’m great, I’m amazing, I’m fantastic. I’m not gonna roll over. This is a competitive business. I have a child to feed,” she added.
Becky Lynch called out Roman Reigns
