When it comes to Tiger Woods’ latest suspicion of DUI arrest, the 15-time major winner could reportedly be in for a “dogfight.”
The golf legend was involved in yet another single-car crash in Jupiter, FL on Friday that resulted in him being taken into custody by Sunshine State authorities where he refused to take a urine test.

Tiger nearly lost his life five years ago in a 2021 accident that led to multiple leg fractures that required immediate surgery — one of at least four automobile-related incidents involving the five-time Masters champion and the second in which drugs or alcohol may have played a part.
And that has one attorney warning that prosecutors could look to make an example out of the 50-year-old billionaire.

DUI attorney on Tiger’s latest arrest: ‘He’s in for a legal dogfight’
Per Orlando-based attorney Matthew Olszewski, a lawyer who specializes in DUI, Woods’ history of destructive behavior could come back to bite him in the courtroom this time around.

“He’s in for a legal dogfight, in my opinion,” Olszewski said, via the New York Post. “They’re going to be trying to prove a message and what bigger message to prove than, ‘Even if you’re Tiger Woods, you do this in our county and we’re going to slam you.’ Tiger is going to have to put up the best defense that you know he can buy and try to combat that.”
Tiger appeared glossy-eyed in his viral mugshot and he also has an unfortunate history when it comes to past medications and prescription pills.
“Especially considering the county that he’s in, given his prior DUI arrest and then his other driving issues that he’s had in the past, I would suspect that the prosecutor and especially the judge will certainly take that into account going forward on how they handled the case,” Olszewski added. “It should be a battle that’s going to go on for at least the next couple of months.”

Former PGA golfer calls for Tiger Woods ‘suspension’
Retired professional golfer Mark Lye, who appeared on FOX this morning, called for “accountability” following Tiger’s scary rollover.
“I don’t like sugar-coating things. And the way I look at it, there’s got to be some sort of punishment or withdrawal or some sort of a suspension from the game,” Lye claimed. “I’m just wondering where that discipline that he’s learned to convey on the golf course is [going to] take hold in his personal life. Obviously, he’s got demons going on.”

After looking like he was teeing up for another comeback, things came crashing down once again for Woods. Hopefully this is the last we see of these types of stories for one of the great athletes in the history of sports.
