The second season of Arcane, Riot’s critically acclaimed animated series set in the League of Legends universe of Runeterra, is finally here. Packed full with interesting characters, it makes you wonder at who the voices behind them are.
So, here are all the voice actors in Arcane from both its first and second seasons.
Main characters and voices in Arcane
There are numerous characters which appear frequently all throughout Arcane‘s two seasons. Of them all, the most important is none other than Jinx, voiced by Ella Purnell, whom you might recognize from her recent stellar performance in the Fallout TV adaptation. Aside from that, Purnell has appeared in numerous films and shows over the years, including Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Army of the Dead, and Yellowjackets. Jinx’s younger self, called Powder, is voiced by Mia Sinclair Jenness, who is only now rising to stardom.
Jinx’s sister Vi and her partner Caitlyn are also very important and prominent characters, voiced by Hailee Steinfeld and Katie Leung, respectively. Leung played a minor role in the Harry Potter film adaptations, while Steinfeld has led a fantastic career after first appearing in the Western movie True Grit that led to her receiving nominations from BAFTA and the prestigious Academy.
Other characters from the main cast include Jayce, Silco, and Ekko. The Hextech hammer-man and your least favorite top laner is voiced by Kevin Alejandro, known for his appearances in various TV shows, most notably True Blood and Lucifer.
Ekko, on the other hand, is played by Reed Shannon, a younger actor still gathering roles under his belt. His most prominent appearances are in various series and, more importantly, the card game Legends of Runeterra, where he also voiced Ekko. The character’s younger self is voiced by Miles Brown.
Silco’s voice comes from Jason Spisak, a prominent voice actor with credits including the 2017 Marvel’s Spider-Man show, as well as Teen Titans Go! where he voiced the Joker.
With season two of Arcane, several characters have become quite important to the story, with one of them even becoming a champion in the game itself. This is of course Ambessa Medarda, once again voiced by Ellen Thomas, who previously appeared in dozens of television and radio productions.
Heimerdinger is also a big name in Arcane. He is voiced by Mick Wingert, a voice actor with many roles to his name, with the most notable being those of Po and Zeng in Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and Iron Man in various productions. He also dabbled a bit in the video game sphere, performing minor voicework in Mass Effect 2, and Murdered: Soul Suspect.
Viktor, too, should be given a proper mention. The voice behind this fantastic character is Harry Lloyd, who provided his talents to popular franchises and titles such as Final Fantasy 16 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
