Veteran announcers Adam Alexander and Steve Letarte will join Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the booth for NASCAR Cup Series races on Amazon Prime Video and TNT, the two companies announced Monday.

Earnhardt’s addition to the two networks’ coverage was announced earlier this year, and now the announcing booth is set for the two sets of five races each on the two networks next summer.

Alexander is a familiar voice for NASCAR fans. He spent 19 years with FOX Sports, working most recently as the lead commentator for NASCAR Xfinity Series races on the network since 2015. Alexander was also the lead voice for NASCAR coverage on TNT from 2010-14, the last time NASCAR races were broadcast on the network.

Letarte has been on NBC’s NASCAR coverage since the network resumed broadcasting races in 2015, and he’ll continue his work on NBC and USA Network while adding TNT and Amazon. Letarte was a crew chief at Hendrick Motorsports for nine seasons from 2005-14, including four seasons with Earnhardt.

Earnhardt returns to the booth in 2025 after taking a season off following the expiration of his contract with NBC following the 2023 season.

Amazon Prime Video’s NASCAR coverage will begin on May 25, 2025 with the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway and includes the June 1 Cup race at Nashville Superspeedway. TNT’s NASCAR coverage will begin on June 28, 2025 at Atlanta and will run through the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis in July, including the in-season tournament.
