The match official checked on Joe Gacy at ringside. Gacy hurt his knee in the abovementioned spot. The Wyatt Sicks member later grabbed a microphone and said he might be sidelined from in-ring action for months. Gacy couldn’t continue the bout as his knee went numb.

On X, Gacy shared an update on his medical condition. The former WWE Tag Team Champion revealed that he indeed got hurt during his GCW Championship match. Fortunately, Chainsaw added that he might not be away from the squared circle for an extended period.

“To clear the air. Yes, I did get hurt. No, I didn’t finish the match. I tried to get the feeling back in my knee to see if I could and, sadly, I couldn’t. Luckily, it seems like it isn’t anything that will put me out for an extended about of time. So, yes, I think I’ll be okay for now,” Gacy wrote.

Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis of The Wyatt Sicks debuted in TNA Wrestling this week

Joe Gacy and Dexter Lumis were part of The Wyatt Sicks in WWE. Together, they held the tag team title in the promotion. Following WrestleMania 42, Gacy, Lumis, and their former teammates were released from their contracts.

After the conclusion of the 90-day non-compete clause in their contracts, Gacy and Lumis returned to the independent circuit as Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw, respectively. This past Thursday on Impact, the duo was revealed as The Hardys’ mystery attackers.

Gacy and Lumis confronted Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy after they were called out by the legends on Impact. The Wyatt Sicks members launched another attack on The Hardys to make a strong statement.

The former WWE Tag Team Champions have officially signed with TNA Wrestling. Fans must stay tuned to find out if Gacy’s knee injury affects his creative direction in the promotion.
