In an appearance on Busted Open, the 31-year-old WWE star went off on how other superstars get opportunities right after they join the brand, and she hasn’t in the past three years. Moreover, she said that it feels like the company is also stepping on her for being a good worker.

“I, in this last year alone, have watched so many people come in and get things that I’ve never gotten. There are people walking in the door and getting t-shirts in the trailer a week later. I’ve been here, almost three years, and I don’t have anything to show for it. I was the last Speed Champion, and did I get a shirt for that? No. Did I get a championship celebration? No. It gets to a point where it’s not just the people stepping on me, but it feels like the company is stepping on you,” Sinclair said.

Later, she raised a valid point that WWE management awarded Zilla Fatu a title shot right after he disrupted a number one contender’s match, but when she accidentally attacked a referee, they suspended her.

“Why? When I’ve been such a good little soldier for them, what do I get from that? So, why am I doing that? That’s literally insanity… Zilla Fatu literally came in during a main event match and ruined it. And what did he get? He got a championship match handed to him on a silver platter on a PLE. I do something, beat the living tart out of Kelani [Jordan], and I accidentally hit a referee. What do I get? I get suspended. That’s the most frustrating part,” Sinclair said.

Wren Sinclair lost her title at WWE NXT Heatwave 2026

In March 2026, Wren Sinclair won the WWE Women’s Speed Championship from Fatal Influence’s Fallon Henley. In August, Sinclair feuded with Zaria, and a unification match for both titles was announced for WWE NXT Heatwave.

However, Kali Armstrong was added, making it a Triple Threat. In the end, Zaria pinned Armstrong to win the match, retiring the Speed Championships in the process.
