WWE released Andrade in 2025, and he has since returned to All Elite Wrestling. The former United States Champion won the Casino Gauntlet match this past Sunday at All In. Andrade recently went on a podcast and suggested that Samoan stars got way more opportunities in WWE than others. Jimmy and Jey Uso seemingly responded to the AEW star’s claim, saying they were a draw and that’s why they had more chances.

Roman Reigns is scheduled to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Penta on the September 14 edition of RAW in Mexico City. Penta won a tournament on the red brand to become the number one contender for the title.

Jey Uso supported major WWE star for recent title match

Jey Uso was backstage at NXT Heatwave to support Zilla Fatu for his title match.

Grayson Waller defeated Zilla Fatu, Tony D’Angelo, and Cruz Montana in a Fatal 4-Way match at Heatwave to become the new NXT Champion. Main Event Jey accompanied Fatu to the event and gave him a hype speech before the match. Uso suggested that Fatu was different from the rest of the WWE NXT roster and predicted he was going to win the title.

“Yeah, you now go ahead. Hold up that. The Main One. Next One. New NXT Champion. Come on, settle it man. You are not one of them,” he said.

It will be interesting to see what the promotion has planned for the rivalry between The Bloodline and Royce Keys’ faction on RAW.
