Vince added that the present Creative runs on a predictable pattern, as when things go south, the icons are brought out, like Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. Russo concluded, agreeing with his co-host that it is meant to be booking for the pop.

“I think part of that is Triple H covering his a**. When the number and the ratings and Netflix and USA and you name it, when that hits a certain point, oh, he’s got that CM Punk ace in his back pocket, and he pulls it out every time. That’s his MO. We’ve seen it over and over and over again when the fans really start getting on their case, and it’s negative, and they’re getting buried up. Bring CM Punk back. Bring Roman Reigns back. Bring Brock Lesnar back. That’s the only game the guy plays. I mean, seriously. And that’s what he’s holding the CM Punk card for now,” Vince Russo said.

In Punk’s last appearance, he shared a tense segment with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. The former World Heavyweight Champion hinted that he could be coming after Rhodes’ title. Only time will tell whether Punk really goes for Rhodes when he comes back or if another storyline is being brewed for him.

CM Punk is jacked for his WWE return

It’s unclear when CM Punk will return to WWE after this post-WrestleMania hiatus. However, one thing that is certain is that he will be shredded. Recently, photos of his time in the gym were released, and he looks jacked.

The Best in the World seems to be working out to be back at his best during his time away from WWE. Punk would be in top shape when he makes his comeback. Maybe to get back into the world title scene. This time, however, it would be for Cody Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Championship.
