Total Nonstop Action Wrestling recently granted the releases of Steve Maclin and Myla Grace. As per the latest report by Fightful, Myla Grace’s releases was granted a few days ago and on June 7th, the company made a press release to announce both releases. This was a very unusual move for the company and they made the press release without consulting Grace or Maclin. Steve Maclin reportedly wanted to keep the news of his release to himself but that’s apparently not the case anymore. It is an unsaid rule that companies always discuss such things with the talent before making a public announcement. However, TNA Wrestling didn’t do that.

It’s always heartbreaking to see a wrestler get released. Fans are curious to see what’s next for both stars.

Steve Maclin was reportedly frustrated with TNA Wrestling’s creative

In the same report, it was revealed that Steve Maclin had talked about his frustration with the company’s creative department several times publicly. According to the report, Maclin was a firm believer that the company’s creative direction hadn’t improved following their deal with AMC.

The report also stated that the company’s pay-scale had also been discussed internally as a reason behind Steve Maclin’s departure. Steve Maclin is a former Impact World Champion and also held the International Championship recently.
