McAfee revealed that the couple’s son, Midas, had entered the world three days ago via emergency c-section after what was considered to be a high-risk pregnancy. The couple has since spent the last few days recovering because he was born at 36 weeks, which is still considered to be premature.

The update noted that despite his rushed entry to the world, Midas has been able to recover in the NICU while his wife recovered from the delivery.

The WWE locker room has shared their congratulations with many stars already writing congrats in the comments, whilst the likes of Liv Morgan, Drew McIntyre, Chelsea Green, Nia Jax, Nikki Bella, Otis, Charlotte Flair, and Natalya have all liked the post.

Will Pat McAfee return to WWE?

There was once a belief that McAfee wouldn’t be returning to the ring before he returned to be part of the storyline with Randy Orton. Wrestlers are often in stipulation matches, and they make their return a few years or months later.

McAfee is now in a position where he has to focus on his family, which could be why he chose to walk away. At some point in the future, he may get the itch to return again.

Triple H and TKO are big fans of McAfee, so it’s hard to imagine that he will never be back, but for right now, whilst Orton is still yet to return to WWE, it’s likely that he will remain away and concentrate on the people closest to him.

That being said, the Orton betrayal could be a feeder into a storyline for the two men at some point in the future.
