Exactly one Dodgers minor leaguer won a player or pitcher of the week award in each week of the 2026 season to date. For the week of April 27-May 3, High-A Great Lakes outfielder Mike Sirota was named Midwest League player of the week after running roughshod over Peoria.
Sirota had a three-homer doubleheader last Thursday and hit an inside-the-park shot on Saturday, part of a week that saw him hit .533/.682/1.467 with eight hits in 15 at-bats, including those four home runs, two doubles, six walks, a hit by pitch, eight runs scored, and seven RBI in five games.
Sirota turns 23 on June 16, and he’s the oldest of the group of outfielders that dominate the top of the Dodgers’ prospect rankings. But after playing only 35 games in his first taste of High-A last year with a knee injury ending his season last July, Sirota started this season repeating with Great Lakes, and he’s dominating, hitting .329/.481/.684 with a 192 wRC+ six home runs, nine doubles, and a triple in 24 games.

It’s only a matter of time before Sirota joins a Double-A Tulsa team that already has 21-year-old outfielders Josue De Paula, Zyhir Hope, and Kendall George. Good thing the designated hitter exists.
Arizona Complex League
The ACL season started on Saturday, so here are a few more notes on the roster at Camelback Ranch.
Right-handed-pitcher Oliver Gonzalez, acquired from the St. Louis Cardinals in the Tommy Edman/Michael Kopech three-team trade in 2024, started the season on the injured list. He was ranked the 18th-best prospect in the Dodgers system by FanGraphs in December.
Infielder Reyli Mariano, who also started the season on the injured list, was ranked 26th by FanGrpahs.

Eduardo Rojas, a catcher signed out of Venezuela in 2024, was ranked 35th in the system by FanGraphs.
Infielder Aidan West, the Dodgers’ fourth-round draft pick last year who signed for an above-slot $1.275 million bonus, was ranked 19th in the system by Baseball America, 20th by The Athletic, and 37th by FanGraphs. West’s next game will be his professional debut.
Shortstop Kellon Lindsey, the Dodgers’ first-round pick in 2024, is in Arizona on a rehab assignment while on the injured list for Class-A Ontario. Lindsey, who was ranked 12th in the system by Baseball Prospectus, 12th by The Athletic, 16th by Baseball America, and 20th by FanGraphs, homered in Saturday’s season opener.
Peter Heubeck, the Dodgers’ third-round pick in 2021, pitched last season for Double-A Tulsa. He hasn’t yet pitched this season but is active in the Arizona Complex League, presumably for a short time before joining an affiliate.
