Gary Cahill halved the deficit before the brilliant Belgian came off the bench to curl home a stunning effort with seven minutes remaining to end Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s own quest for the title.
As the tweet says, both Leicester and Spurs find themselves in very different positions right now and Chelsea once again will have a huge role to play in their London rival’s season.
The two clubs meet once again at the Bridge on May 19 on what may well be the night Spurs are relegated in the biggest Premier League shock outside of the Foxes’ title win.
