“Just another day of applying pressure. #mondaymotivation,” she wrote.

Rhea Ripley won the Women’s Elimination Chamber match to become the number one contender for the WWE Women’s Championship. The Eradicator will be challenging Cargill for the title at WrestleMania 42.

Jade Cargill has formed a faction with B-Fab and Minchin on SmackDown. B-Fab and Minchin are scheduled to battle Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY tonight on RAW in a tag team match.

Jade Cargill responds to criticism about her WWE push

Jade Cargill recently responded to wrestling fans being critical of the company’s decision to push her as a main event talent.

Cargill became WWE Women’s Champion by defeating Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event in November 2025. Speaking on The Joe Budden Podcast, the former AEW star noted that she does what she is told in the promotion and added that there is a lot of pressure on her. Cargill suggested that nobody would decline a major push, and the pressure was on her to perform in the ring.

“I do what I’m told. At the end of the day, me being skyrocketed to the top, that’s a lot on my shoulders too. People sit back and they’re like, ‘Oh, she got this.’ Like who in the hell is going to say no? Who? Who is going to say no? Nobody is going to say no. They’re like, hell yeah, give it to me. That’s a lot on my shoulders because I have to go out there and I have to perform,” she said.

Going into my third Mania. Blessed.

It will be interesting to see if the 33-year-old can defeat Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 42 to retain her WWE Women’s Championship.
