Tiger Woods is out of jail after being arrested and charged with DUI on Friday afternoon in Jupiter Island, Florida. Woods was traveling at a high rate of speed when his SUV clipped the back of a trailer pulled by a pickup truck and rolled on its side, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. No one was injured.

Woods, 50, was placed under arrest and booked into Martin County Jail on charges of DUI, property damage and failure to submit a lawful test. A breathalyzer test determined alcohol was not involved, but Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said Woods showed signs of impairment and refused a urine test once at the jail.
Woods was released from custody late Friday night. The golf star was seen leaving the side entrance of the jail, riding in the passenger seat of an SUV. See photos below.
