After this, The Apex Predator came out to the ring and said that he needed to apologize to Matt for his backstage actions. Cardona then came face-to-face with Orton, who seemingly made it seem like he was actually apologizing. However, the 14-time World Champion suddenly snapped and hit the self-proclaimed Indie God with a low blow before obliterating him. Randy may have injured Matt’s arm (in storyline).

Now, Matt Cardona’s wife, Chelsea Green, has taken to X/Twitter to send a message. The Hot Mess reacted to Randy Orton’s beatdown of her husband with a six-word message.

Tommy Dreamer believes Randy Orton was talking to The Rock on this week’s WWE RAW

After brutally assaulting Cody Rhodes on last week’s WWE SmackDown, Randy Orton was shown in a backstage segment on this week’s RAW. The Viper was seen talking to someone on the phone, but WWE didn’t reveal the identity of that person.

During a recent edition of Busted Open, Tommy Dreamer said that he believes The Apex Predator could be talking to The Rock on the phone because the latter has a history with Rhodes.

“I think The Rock’s talking to Randy Orton. Well, I mean, when he said there’s another royal family. I’m like, ‘Is he talking to Cowboy Bob Orton? I understand it.’ Your grandfather was a great draw. Your father was a great draw, but then I’m also trying to think who the other royal family? And the other royal family is The Rock,” Dreamer said.

It remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42.
