The Ruler planted Lesnar with a Powerbomb as the crowd went crazy. It was later announced that Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi would be squaring off at WrestleMania 42 next month. The promotion shared unseen footage of RAW announcers Michael Cole and Corey Graves reacting to the attack today on social media, and you can check it out in the video below.

Seth Rollins still has not competed in a match since his injury last year and is currently not booked to compete at WrestleMania 42.

Major WWE star wants to have a dream match against Oba Femi

Gunther recently shared that he wanted to get into a spot in WWE where he could elevate younger talent, such as Oba Femi.

Speaking with Cody Rhodes on the What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast, Gunther stated that he wanted to contribute to the business by having excellent matches with younger stars.

“Where I wanna get to is to be able to get into that spot, but then wrestle Ilja [Dragunov] in that position. And have great matches with Bron [Breakker] down the line in that position. Have great matches with Oba [Femi]. There’s many more of them. I feel like that’s what I wanna get to. I wanna be the guy that’s gonna be able to wrestle all of them, have great matches with all of them, and contribute that way,” he said.

Femi joined the main roster after relinquishing the NXT Championship earlier this year following his victory over Leon Slater at New Year’s Evil 2026. It will be interesting to see if the popular star can defeat Brock Lesnar at WWE WrestleMania 42.
