How will Roman Reigns respond to CM Punk’s deeply personal comment?

Things got heated between Roman Reigns and CM Punk on the 2nd March episode of RAW, but that shouldn’t exactly come as a surprise, as the two men aren’t exactly best friends with each other. Reigns tried to get the verbal upper hand by belittling CM Punk and telling the World Champion that he was only brought back to WWE to entertain 30 to 40-year-old virgins who lived with their mothers, and to occasionally sell a few t-shirts and draw a house in Chicago.

Punk wasn’t going to simply let it stand, so he cut off Reigns’ walk-off moment and held him back from walking away. He reminded the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble winner that not only was he alone and without any Bloodline member to help him, but he also promised to bury Reigns, next to his father, the late great Sika Anoa’i.

For those who don’t know, Reigns’ father, Sika, passed away less than a couple of years ago, and it is undoubtedly sensitive territory for The OTC. Sika, while not the patriarch of the Samoan dynasty, falls right under as the second generation of this incredible lineage.

With a collective gasp from the audience, it became clear that the feud was now deeply personal. Although Reigns isn’t advertised for the March 9th episode of RAW, he will likely respond next week when the red brand goes to San Antonio, Texas. Following this, he will be on the March 23rd episode in Boston, the March 30th episode in New York, and the go-home RAW to WrestleMania on April 13th in Sacramento.

This means that this week and April 6th will be the only episodes until WrestleMania where we don’t see The OTC on the road to Las Vegas.
