4. Charlotte Flair

The Queen has formed a solid partnership with Alexa Bliss on SmackDown. She has been a babyface since the start of her alliance with Bliss. However, her character remains quite self-absorbed. Although they have been teaming up on the blue brand, Flair could return to being a heel ahead of WrestleMania 42.

She could turn on her partner after a number of missed opportunities, leading to a match between them in Las Vegas.

3. Jey Uso

The 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble winner is now one half of the World Tag Team Champions on RAW with his brother Jimmy Uso. It seems like Logan Paul and Austin Theory of The Vision could challenge for the titles soon.

If so, The Usos could implode with Jey snapping and attacking his brother after they lose the titles to The Vision. Uso is out of the world title picture and might be frustrated by his current predicament, leading to him turning on his brother and them having a singles match in Las Vegas. The last time the twins battled at WrestleMania 40, Jimmy was the heel and Jey was the babyface. But this time, things could get interesting if the roles are reversed.

2. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn has been losing control slowly over the past few weeks, as seen in backstage segments. Last week, he acted out after a confrontation with Jacob Fatu. This week, the former United States Champion had a tough time keeping things together during his backstage interaction with Cody Rhodes.

But, it ended the same way with him having a meltdown after Rhodes left the scene. If things continue this way, he could turn heel before WrestleMania this year, opening up a bunch of new possibilities for his character.

1. Randy Orton

After winning the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber by taking advantage of interference from Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton is set to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event of Night One.

The Viper has a reputation for being one of the most evil heels in the history of the business, and we could see him return ahead of his title match. WWE tends to avoid babyface vs. babyface matches, and will surely not pull the trigger on a Cody Rhodes heel turn either.

As a result, the only other possibility is Orton turning heel and finally doing whatever it takes to earn a 15th world title – something he has been looking to achieve for years now.
