Chelsea already made an offer to Orton yesterday, but the new offer comes from a quote tweet from WWE’s official account. Plainly put, the greatest US Champion wants Randy Orton as a part of The Green Regime.

With Piper Niven out indefinitely, The Green Regime is down to Chelsea and former Women’s Tag Champion Alba Fyre, AKA Slaygent A. The moment Cody got up from the Cross Rhodes, Orton flattened him with the RKO, shocking the WWE Universe and securing his place at this year’s WrestleMania. Considering he lost his original match-up at last year’s event when Kevin Owens required career-threatening neck surgery, Orton couldn’t let this opportunity pass him by.
