He mentioned that his uncle Rikishi told him how this could be a challenging time, and since he is out of action, not many people will remember him.

“I remember my uncle Rikishi saying this. When you’re home and something, you know, you’ve been out of sight, out of mind, you know, that phone’s going to stop ringing. That phone stopped ringing,” he said.

He said that being with his family and having his kids see him sitting on the couch all the time made him realize he had to regroup. He then recalled how he was not in the best of shape and recalled what Michael Hayes had to told him just before his surgery.

“Then I f*cking looked at my weight. I looked at my weight. I looked where I was at, you know, and I will never forget Michael Hayes saying this… He said, ‘Jacob, man, depending on your conditioning, man, depending on where you’re going.’ I remember I came back off a run-in, he looked, ‘It’s not looking too good!’” he added.

Jacob Fatu reveals surgery details

During the conversation, Jacob Fatu recalled how he had to regroup mentally and physically during his time away from the ring post-surgery.

He then revealed the details of the dental procedure, mentioning that he was supposed to have 12 teeth removed but eventually had to get 11 teeth removed instead.

Jacob Fatu made his return during the Three Stages of Hell WWE Undisputed Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes last month on SmackDown. He attacked McIntyre but ended up inadvertently helping him win the Title after engaging in a brawl with Rhodes.
