En route to winning the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Invitational, Collin Morikawa made a bit of a mess around the 14th green on Sunday, although a nice chip on his fourth shot salvaged par and allowed him to stay even with clubhouse leader Scottie Scheffler.

Of course, Morikawa went on to win the event, ending a 28-month PGA Tour drought in the process. His birdie at the 72nd hole gave him a one-stroke win over Min Woo Lee and Sepp Straka. Morikawa shot a 5-under 67 at Pebble Beach Golf Links and finished with a 72-hole aggregate of 22-under 266 to win for the seventh time on the PGA Tour.

But his extra time around the 14th green allowed something else to come into light: A magnificent house along the scenic 17 Mile Drive, developed by Al Saroyan and Larry Solari. The stunning property is currently listed for $45 million.

Here’s the listing for the 8,572-square-foot home that includes six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Commanding one of the most revered and tightly held vantage points along 17 Mile Drive, this newly constructed estate occupies a generational position overlooking the iconic 14th hole of Pebble Beach Golf Links, with the Pacific Ocean beyond.

Defined not simply by view but by absolute placement, opportunities of this caliber are exceptionally rare. The residence is modern yet timeless – an architectural expression of confidence, precision, and restraint. Designed for legacy ownership, the home prioritizes main-level living, with principal spaces opening to expansive terraces that create a seamless relationship between interior and horizon.

Uninterrupted golf course and ocean vistas reinforce the home’s singular connection to its setting. Every element has been executed to the highest standard, with uncompromising attention to craftsmanship and longevity.
