Earlier today, Bianca Belair took to Instagram stories to reveal that she had begun therapy on the first day after her surgery. She posted multiple videos of herself from the session. The former WWE Women’s Champion noted that her therapy session began at 7 in the morning.

Although she hasn’t wrestled a match since revealing her WrestleMania 41 injury, Belair returned to WWE programming at the Evolution Premium Live Event. She served as the special guest referee for a No Holds Barred Match between her former allies, Naomi and Jade Cargill.

WWE Superstar Bianca Belair reportedly ruled out of WrestleMania 42

The WWE Universe has been waiting for Bianca Belair to make her return to the squared circle. Many expected her to get medically cleared before the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event and enter the Women’s Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant. Unfortunately, the broken knuckle has kept her out of action for much longer than initially anticipated.

After her absence at the Royal Rumble, many fans have been hoping for Belair to be back in time before WrestleMania 42. However, in a recent Q/A session, Wrestlevotes noted that it is highly unlikely that the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion will wrestle on The Grandest Stage of Them All this year.

Naomi, with whom Bianca was involved in an engaging storyline before she got injured, is also on a hiatus to focus on her pregnancy. The former Women’s World Champion is expecting her first child with her husband, fellow WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso. The two tag team partners are expected to be absent from the WrestleMania 42 match card.

It will be interesting to see when Belair and Naomi make their much-awaited returns to in-ring action.
