Harris English addressed the issue during a pre-tournament press conference when asked about players leaving LIV Golf. He pointed to changing sentiment among those who made the move.

“The dominoes are starting to fall of – maybe those guys on the LIV Tour are not that happy out there and the grass is not greener on the other side.

“They’re seeing the PGA TOUR getting stronger and having more success, and kind of seeing that money’s not the end-all, be-all. Like that doesn’t fulfill them. It doesn’t fulfill me.”
Money not enough to outweigh competitive factors
Harris English indicated that recent developments have encouraged players to reflect on what they value most in their careers.
He suggested that competitive environment and long-term fulfillment carry more weight than guaranteed earnings.
