The upcoming Survivor Series: WarGames is a can’t-miss show, especially for fans in attendance. John Cena will have his last-ever match on a premium live event.

He will put his Intercontinental Championship on the line against Dominik Mysterio in a rematch from the November 10th edition of RAW.

Ahead of the highly anticipated match, CM Punk appeared on the Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams to discuss several topics, including John Cena’s impending retirement.

The Straight Edge Superstar stated that he would like to know The Franchise Player’s state of mind heading into his final match.

Punk confirmed that Cena will be done for good after Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.

“I’d love to ask him what’s going through his head because he’s got about two to three weeks left, you know. He’ll be at Survivor Series at Petco Park this Saturday, taking on super nepo child, Dominik Mysterio, and then the 13th of December will be his final match. So it’ll be interesting to see if he’s Intercontinental Champion by then, or if Dominik is going to try to sneak it back into his possession,” he said.

CM Punk will be in action at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025

Unlike John Cena, CM Punk won’t be defending his WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Survivor Series: WarGames in San Diego this weekend.

The Straight Edge Superstar will join forces with Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos to face a powerful alliance of Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Brock Lesnar, and The Vision in a WarGames match.

During the go-home episode of WWE RAW before Survivor Series, McIntyre and Paul defeated Jey and Jimmy in a tag team match to secure the advantage for their team just days before the show.

Will Punk and his stablemates be able to coexist and work as a unit? Fans must tune in this Saturday to find out.
