The coach of the Brazilian National Team, Carlo Ancelotti, announced the 23 players called up for the matches against Chile and Bolivia, for the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.
And the list released this Monday (25) has SEVERAL new faces, such as Caio Henrique, Douglas Santos, and Kaio Jorge (see below).
There are NINE different names compared to the previous list: Caio Henrique, Douglas Santos, Fabricio Bruno, Gabriel Magalhães, Joelinton, Paquetá, João Pedro, Kaio Jorge, and Luiz Henrique.
As expected, Neymar (injured), Vini Jr (suspended from the first match), and Rodrygo are out, making room for the new players.

Already qualified for the Cup, Brazil will face a Chile already eliminated and then a Bolivia fighting for a spot (at least in the playoffs).
Brazil x Chile will be on September 4, a Thursday, at 9:30 pm, at Maracanã.
Meanwhile, Bolivia x Brazil will be on September 9, a Tuesday, at 8:30 pm, in Bolivia.
The team will meet next Monday (1), at Granja Comary.
The 2026 World Cup will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The draw will take place on December 5.
