Leagues Cup may not be the oldest, most prestigious competition in North America, but the 2025 edition of the tournament has produced some stunning volleys.
After Martín Ojeda and Pedro de la Vega insane goals scored superb goals earlier in the tournament, Cruz Azul veteran Ignacio Rivero has joined the party with a volley of his own — this one a trivela.
The Mexican giants were trailing Colorado in their final game of the league phase when the 33-year-old connected sweetly with a cross to the back-post.
