In this article, we will look at six things WWE subtly told us on the go-home edition of Friday Night Show before the Chicago PLE.

#6. Aleister Black is not done with Randy Orton

Aleister Black: “I wonder if the Black Mass woke up something inside of you?” Randy Orton: “I’m sick. I don’t know what goes on inside my head. You want that anger? Careful what you wish for.” BLACK CONTINUES PLAYING MIND GAMES WITH ORTON 👀 #SmackDown

Aleister Black confronted Randy Orton backstage on SmackDown. The former NXT Champion cleared his intention that he isn’t done with the Legend Killer yet. In response, The Viper promised to get back to Black after his potential victory in the Men’s Elimination Chamber match.

Following this, Black disclosed that he planned things so Orton would indeed find him after the upcoming PLE. These words subtly show that Black and Orton’s feud is far from over, and the ex-AEW star might take out The Apex Predator in the Elimination Chamber match.

#5. WWE might reveal the original masked man at Elimination Chamber

The ending of SmackDown unmasked the mystery man who was about to cost Logan Paul against Jacob Fatu in the Elimination Chamber qualifying match. However, The Maverick caught the mystery man and unmasked him.

The person behind the mystery figure isn’t a popular wrestler and instead appears to be an indie star. This suggests that the mystery man unmasked on SmackDown could be a decoy, and the original masked figure will be revealed at Elimination Chamber 2026.

#4. Sami Zayn could be Jey Uso’s mystery attacker

Sami Zayn throwing out some wild accusations! #SmackDown #WWE

WWE SmackDown, before Elimination Chamber, kicked off with Jey Uso’s mystery attack angle. The YEET Master was mysteriously taken out backstage by someone. This put him out of the Chamber bout.

Later, Jacob Fatu and Logan Paul emerged as contenders for the spot, and The Maverick scored a victory in the main event. Before this, The Samaon Werewolf was confronted by Sami Zayn, who accused Fatu of being the mystery attacker.

Soon, Sami apologized to the real-life Bloodline member. Meanwhile, it seems Zayn could be the real Jey Uso’s mystery attacker. Zayn might have done this to earn a Chamber spot, but he still didn’t get the chance.

His frustration with Jacob is a subtle indication that he is the mystery attacker on SmackDown.

#3. Jacob Fatu might still be inserted into the WWE Title picture at WrestleMania 42

Jacob Fatu failed to qualify for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match. Despite this, his feud with Drew McIntyre is not over yet. The Samoan Werewolf storyline development subtly suggests he might still be inserted into the Undisputed WWE Title match at WrestleMania 42.

The Stamford-based promotion may incorporate Fatu after Chamber PLE, especially if Cody Rhodes wins the upcoming match.

#2. The Wyatt Sicks vs. The MFTs at WWE WrestleMania 42?

Uncle Howdy finally defeated Solo Sikoa in a singles bout. However, The Wyatt Sicks’ leader still failed to get his lantern back when the MFT members attacked him.

Later, Solo confronted Nick Aldis backstage, where the National Treasure announced that a #1 contenders match for the WWE Tag Team Titles will take place on next week’s episode. All this progress suggests The Wyatt Sicks vs. MFT feud could stretch until WrestleMania 42, with a match possibly unfolding at The Showcase of the Immortals.

#1. Rhea Ripley winning the Women’s Elimination Chamber match

could we get rhea ripley vs jade cargill at wrestlemania?? #Smackdown

Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY are no longer the Women’s Tag Team Champions after Nia Jax and Lash Legend dethroned them on SmackDown. The Eradicator is set to compete in the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

WWE has already dropped seeds for the Jade Cargill vs. Ripley match. Mami suffering title loss before Chamber subtly hints that she could win the high-profile bout in Chicago.

This will set up her singles title match at The Show of Shows.
