That said, in this article, we look at five WWE Superstars who could join Royce Keys and OTM in their feud against The Bloodline.

#5. Zilla Fatu

Zilla Fatu could be the most explosive option if WWE wants to add another layer to The Bloodline saga. The young powerhouse is already connected to the Anoa’i family through his late father, Umaga, making him a natural fit for a story involving Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, and Solo Sikoa.

More importantly, Zilla is currently making waves in NXT. He arrived recently and immediately inserted himself into the NXT Championship picture, leaving Tony D’Angelo to face a crowded title situation.

A partnership with Keys and OTM would therefore be a major shortcut to establishing Zilla Fatu on the main roster. It would also create an intriguing family-versus-family dynamic, especially if Jacob Fatu remains aligned with Roman Reigns.

#4. Big Cass could join Royce Keys and OTM

Big Cass could bring something Royce Keys and OTM currently lack: overwhelming size. OTM already provide plenty of physicality. However, adding a seven-foot powerhouse would give the group an imposing enforcer who could stand across the ring from Jacob Fatu and Roman Reigns.

Also, Cass has immediate main-event credibility because WWE could present him as the muscle who does not need to say much. His presence alone could make the alliance feel more dangerous.

The key would be to avoid an unnecessary long-term commitment. The company could introduce Big Cass as a mercenary who respects Royce Keys’ ambition and OTM’s attitude, but whose primary motivation is proving he belongs among the biggest names on RAW.

#3. Tony D’Angelo

Tony D’Angelo would be a fascinating addition if he loses the NXT Championship. The Don has built his reputation around leadership, intimidation, and loyalty, which could fit naturally alongside Keys and OTM.

D’Angelo is currently surrounded by challengers in NXT, with Zilla Fatu entering the championship picture. Thus, if Tony eventually drops the title, WWE could use that moment to transition him toward RAW.

Tony D’Angelo’s addition would also give the group a completely different personality. Rather than simply being three angry superstars looking for revenge, Royce Keys, OTM, and Tony could become an organized faction with the latter acting as its strategist.

That could make The Bloodline feud much more personal and unpredictable.

#2. Keanu Carver

Keanu Carver feels like the kind of superstar WWE could call up specifically for a physical storyline. The NXT bruiser has already demonstrated that he can overwhelm opponents with his power while also displaying more athleticism and cunning than expected.

Carver’s current NXT run has seen him involved in escalating conflicts. Also, WWE has continued presenting him as a dangerous force. Thus, a move to RAW could allow him to immediately enter a faction rather than spend months searching for direction.

Putting Keanu Carver with Royce Keys and OTM would create a terrifying collection of heavy hitters. More importantly, he could immediately be positioned opposite Jacob Fatu, giving WWE a potential collision between two explosive powerhouses.

#1. Kam Hendrix

Kam Hendrix could be the most interesting choice because a call-up would instantly give WWE’s new faction another young, hungry superstar.

Hendrix has already been operating around the top of NXT’s championship picture. He recently challenged Tony D’Angelo for the NXT Championship, showing that WWE is comfortable presenting him as someone capable of competing at a high level.

A RAW debut alongside Royce Keys and OTM would allow Kam Hendrix to move directly into a meaningful storyline instead of arriving without direction. He could also bring speed and explosiveness to a group that already has plenty of power.

Most importantly, the NXT star would complete the numbers. Keys and OTM are one man short against The Bloodline. Thus, adding Hendrix would create a four-man unit capable of matching the family’s numbers and chaos.
