It’s hard to talk about the World Heavyweight Title these days without mentioning him and the Bloodline. Adam Pearce is RAW’s GM and is supposed to hold people accountable when they lash out, cheat, or outright ignore rules.

That doesn’t seem to apply to the Bloodline, as he lets the group do whatever they want without any serious repercussions. Fines don’t work.

The Samoan Werewolf recently destroyed his friend, Royce Keys, at Reigns’ behest. Pearce tried to stop the assault, but Fatu didn’t relent. Reigns even gave him a nod of approval to close the show.

Pearce could threaten Reigns’ status as Champion, but won’t do that. That’s the only way things could stop. Since he won’t do that, Pearce could bring in one of the next four stars to deal with Jacob Fatu.

#4. Solo Sikoa gets revenge for Royce Keys

The ongoing Bloodline drama has been due to Reigns demanding Solo Sikoa return to a spot at his feet. He even mentioned as much on RAW, claiming Sikoa should be on his hip and getting him coffee when he wants it.

Solo has rebuked the overtures to get him to return to the family. He knows what it will entail, and understandably doesn’t want to go back under the thumb of an overbearing family member.

He even teamed with Keys and LA Knight against Fatu and the Usos at SummerSlam. That trio defeated the Bloodline, and Roman actually interacted on-screen with the family for the first time in several weeks.

Since Solo was still close to Keys and fought by his side at SummerSlam, Pearce could enlist his help to at least limit the damage Fatu can do. Keys is a pretty imposing guy, and Fatu had him bleeding from the mouth at the end of RAW. Perhaps Sikoa could play mind games to mess with Fatu’s head.

#3. Gunther may be convinced if given a title shot

Gunther is clearly one of the top heels in WWE due to his arrogance and dominance in the ring. He’s been embroiled in pursuit of the Undisputed Championship on SmackDown, but fell short in a top contender’s fatal four-way at SummerSlam.

What’s next for The Ring General? He randomly moved from RAW to SmackDown after WrestleMania to challenge Cody Rhodes, and not Reigns, the champion of his brand.

The best way to fight a monster is with another monster, or someone who can tame legends. Gunther retired AJ Styles and John Cena, so he has experience in big spots. He’s also had a few runs with major gold in WWE.

Adam Pearce could drop a title shot in Gunther’s lap to get him to deal with Fatu. It would give him something to do after falling short to reclaim a major title.

#2. Drew McIntyre returns to WWE with a vengeance

Drew McIntyre is just one of several WWE stars who fell into both the Bloodline vortex and the Cody Rhodes vortex over the last five years. He had a chance to dethrone Reigns a few years ago but was cheated by the Bloodline.

Since that moment, he’s been hellbent on destroying every member whenever the opportunity presents itself. McIntyre even put Roman over a few times at WrestleMania, including his first big PLE match back from fighting Leukemia.

The Scottish Warrior has been absent since a WrestleMania loss to Fatu in an unsanctioned match. Filming the Highlander movie reboot has kept McIntyre busy, but Becky Lynch, Stephanie Vaquer, CM Punk, and Randy Orton have all returned.

Pearce could bring McIntyre in to try and stop a rampaging Bloodline and Fatu. It shouldn’t take much coaxing, but like with Gunther, Pearce could dangle a potential title shot as an incentive for helping.

#1. Oba Femi climbs another mountain

This is the least likely option due to WWE wanting to keep Oba Femi away from either champion at the moment. It makes close to no sense since he should be focusing on the title shot he earned via King of the Ring after finishing off Brock Lesnar.

Instead, Oba did everything but say he’s gunning for gold in his promo on RAW. WWE could do a lot by having Femi face and defeat Reigns before the year is out. But since that would help the WWE and not Reigns, it’s not currently on the table.

Pearce could still try to send Femi after Fatu to stop his rampage at Roman’s order. He’s already slain a Beast. A Werewolf could be next. That could be a way to jumpstart the WWE feud everyone knows is happening at some point.
