Logan Paul has been put on notice by a man who is interested in signing and debuting in the WWE. The man in question is none other than UFC star Michael Chandler.
Chandler is competing in the UFC lightweight division. He signed with the company in 2020 and has competed in some high-profile fights, including a Performance of the Night in his debut against Dan Hooker.
Speaking with Chris Van Vliet on INSIGHT, Chandler discussed the possibility of him debuting at SummerSlam. The 39-year-old is interested in facing Paul and believes WWE is also interested in having him compete.
“When’s Wrestlemania? [April] So we can’t do Wrestlemania. SummerSlam is in August? I knew there’s one in August. Minneapolis in August. Me versus Logan Paul. Could be awesome. We’ll see. We got a lot of talks to happen between now and then. Obviously, they know I’m interested. I believe they’re interested. So we’ll see where we’re at.” said Chandler.
Jonathan Coachman discussed Logan Paul’s absence from the WWE
Logan Paul has been absent from the WWE for weeks. At Clash in Paris 2025, he lost to John Cena in a marquee match as part of Cena’s retirement tour.
Speaking on Behind The Turnbuckles Studios’ The Coach and Bro Show, Jonathan Coachman talked about The Maverick’s sudden absence from the company. He said:
“The Logan Paul thing [absence] throws me off. Maybe he’s in a financial position where he has to work full-time. I know the deal for the podcast that the company bought the rights to. Over a hundred million dollars, and he got to keep his YouTube channel… So, if I’m Logan Paul and my deal is five years for a hundred million dollars, what would possess me to go out there and work 40 weeks a year? Nothing. Nothing. You can love the business, Tommy, all you want, but that doesn’t mean you want to go and do Frog Splashes every single Monday night. Hell, you can sit on a bad couch and make a hundred million dollars. I’m down for that,”
It remains to be seen when Paul will return to WWE television.
