IYO SKY fights Raquel Rodriguez and Kairi Sane. With many angles intertwined into the PLE, the next three heel and two face turns could happen at the 2026 Elimination Chamber event.

#5. Randy Orton dances with the dark side

It feels like a broken record, but Randy Orton has needed a heel turn for a long time. His friendship with Cody Rhodes has to implode at some point because both stars have been tempted by gold over the last two years.

The American Nightmare had no problem taking advantage of a friend, Sami Zayn, to qualify. The Viper is better as a heel, and he could strike his long-time friend if he doesn’t win the Elimination Chamber.

It would certainly make things more interesting than the high-fiving and back-patting between Rhodes and Orton.

#4. Kairi Sane abandons Asuka

IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley actually felt bad for Kairi Sane on the last episode of RAW. Asuka bullies her all the time and wants Sane to help her win the Elimination Chamber.

Sane initially didn’t want to attack SKY months ago, but gave in to her mentor. With a big title shot on the line and after suffering more abuse at Asuka’s hands, Sane could snap in Chicago.

The Empress of Tomorrow could try to get Sane to interfere, only for the Pirate Princess to refuse the command. Some of these tag teams desperately need to break up. The Kabuki Warriors could do so at the Elimination Chamber.

#3. The Evil Queen returns to WWE

It’s only a matter of time before Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss go their separate ways. Flair failed to qualify for the Chamber, whereas Bliss is in the match. The Queen’s jealousy could rear its head.

Flair could come to the ring to attack Kiana James since James pinned her to get into the match. She could then pivot to attacking her friend and teammate, Bliss, out of jealousy.

Both stars need a change as they’ve been treading water since losing the tag titles last fall. A big turn could also set something up for WrestleMania.

#2. Finn Balor sees the light at Elimination Chamber

Like many of the women’s tag teams, the Judgment Day has needed a dramatic shift for a long time. Finn Balor has always passively tolerated whatever Dominik Mysterio has done, whereas the inverse hasn’t always been true.

CM Punk dared Balor to fight him without his allies, and The Prince seemed like he wanted the same. It caused friction with his closest ally, JD McDonagh. There could be a point in the match where the Judgment Day tries to interfere.

Balor could either accept it or implore Dirty Dom and McDonagh to stay out of it. They could attack him instead, allowing Punk to retain.

#1. Sami Zayn turns heel on the Road to WrestleMania

While it should be Rhodes or Orton who turns heel, bookers will probably turn Sami Zayn instead. He keeps falling short of capturing major gold, and several stars have mocked him about it.

Even Rhodes blamed Zayn for his failures on SmackDown after brushing off Sami’s concerns about how Cody took advantage of Drew’s interference last week. Zayn, however, pulled McIntyre off Rhodes.

Zayn’s frustrations could boil over at the Elimination Chamber, costing big names like Orton and Rhodes their shot to face The Scottish Warrior in Las Vegas.
