How to watch Valspar Championship on Thursday

Xander Schauffele is hoping 2026 is a big year. Though Schauffele won the Baycurrent Classic in October, he failed to win a PGA Tour event in the regular season. As a result, he didn’t even qualify for the Tour Championship.

Heading into this week’s Valspar Championship, Schauffele is looking much sharper. The two-time major champion has finished top 10 in two of his last three starts, and they were important ones. First, he earned a T7 at the Genesis Invitational, a Signature Event. Then last week, he contended and finshed solo-third at the 2026 Players Championship.

Now Schauffele has a chance to get back into the winner’s circle (and continue prepping for the 2026 Masters) at the Copperhead Course.

Schauffele’s campaign for PGA Tour win No. 11 begins with Thursday’s opening round.
