Yet again this season, the PGA Tour has a first-time winner. The latest is also the 13th player to win on a sponsor exemption.

Michael Brennan, 23, was making only his third PGA Tour start. He had an amazing PGA Tour Americas season that earned him a 2026 Korn Ferry Tour card. But after his Bank of Utah win, he can make other plans as he’s exempt on the PGA Tour through the end of 2027.

Ben Griffin has two wins in 2025. After his team win, he later won the Charles Schwab Challenge for his first individual PGA Tour title.
