The UEFA Congress held in Brussels has staged a historic shift in European football. Aleksander Ceferin, president of the continent’s highest governing body, has enacted the end of hostilities with Real Madrid and Florentino PĂ©rez, definitively burying the hatchet after the Super League conflict.
