Down for the last game of the season for Carlos Corberán. Valencia CF has reported this Wednesday on the physical condition of Sergi Canós, who has undergone surgery.
“Valencia CF player, S.C. Tenés, underwent surgery on Tuesday in Madrid to treat a sports hernia. The surgery was successful and, after being discharged from the hospital, he will continue his recovery in the coming days. The Valencian striker will continue with physiotherapy and readaptation treatment”, reads the medical report released by the club.
Pain has been a constant for Canós this season, who has not been able to perform at the level expected of him. Already in the press conference prior to Alavés, Corberán confirmed the pain the player was suffering from.
