Renato Gaúcho is no longer the coach of Fluminense.
In the press conference at Maracanã, after the elimination by Lanús in the quarterfinals of the Conmebol Sudamericana, the 63-year-old coach announced that he had resigned.
Renato arrived at Fluminense on April 3 of this year, replacing Mano Menezes.
Since then, the team played 40 matches, with 21 wins, 8 draws, and 11 losses.
