Yuri Laurindo was recording the meeting between Neymar and Gabigol before the ball rolled.

After saying goodbye to the sky-blue striker – who started the duel on the bench – the Santos’ number 10 did not notice the photographer’s presence and ended up bumping into him when he turned around.

The sequence was Neymar apologizing to the photographer and Ygor being promptly removed from the field.

Also photographer Pedro Vale reported on his Instagram profile that Yuri works for the agency that captures images of Gabigol, for example.

And said – after talking to other colleagues – that he doesn’t understand why Yuri ended up expelled. He, for example, didn’t “leak” on the game’s official broadcast.

Yuri ended up being accompanied by a security guard to the stadium exit. And wouldn’t even have had the opportunity to save the rest of his material.

On his Instagram profile, Yuri briefly spoke about the incident:

According to a report by No Ataque, the Minas Gerais Football Federation (FMF) and Mineirão chose not to comment on the case.
