Palmeiras takes the field this Monday (23), at 10:00 PM (Brasília time), when they face Inter Miami in Miami, for the third round of the first stage of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

Both Verdão and the American team have four points, but the Brazilians lead Group A due to a better goal difference (2 x 1).

Porto and Al Ahly, who play at the same time, have one point each and still have a chance to qualify, but they will need to overcome their goal differences (-1 and -2, respectively) and hope that there is no draw between Palmeiras and Inter Miami.

Compared to the last match (2 x 0 over Al Ahly), coach Abel Ferreira chose to start Marcos Rocha, Evangelista, and Flaco López in place of Giay, Aníbal Moreno, and Vitor Roque, respectively, for Palmeiras.

For Inter Miami, which will have Luis Suárez and Lionel as the attacking duo, the only change from the last match was Redondo coming in for Fray.
